So it’s supposed to be a snowy frigid day outside, so I thought what a good day to bake cookies! My husband loves gingersnap cookies and I found this cookie recipe for gingersnap crinkle cookies on Pinterest(I attached the link below).
I had some help with mixing the dough and tasting the batter.
They turned out great! I didn’t have the fancy sugar for rolling them in and I didn’t chill them because who can wait 2-4 hours for cookies!?

*The only thing I did differently was use 1/2 cup of margarine (instead of 1/2 cup butter) and 1/4 cup of unsalted butter (instead of the 1/4 cup vegetable shortening).
